Development Associate
Sociedad Latina is seeking a dynamic Development Associate to join our Development Team, charged with advancing the organizational mission by securing financial resources and crafting a compelling case for support. This position provides an exciting opportunity to support the organizational fundraising plan through grant writing and research, database management, working with individual donors, and assisting with fundraising events and other initiatives. Our Development Associate will report to the Development Director and work closely with the Leadership Team and the entire staff. This is a full-time (40 hours/week) hybrid position with benefits.

Youth Development Specialist - Health Education
Sociedad Latina is seeking a dynamic Youth Development Specialist who has experience working with high school youth of color in urban settings to coordinate our health education programming. The Youth Development Specialist will work in partnership with youth and families to organize and coordinate health and wellness education activities as part of the organization’s larger health and wellness priorities. Initiatives include, but are not limited to, a focus on sexual health and healthy relationships, gender exploration and LGBTQ+, responsible digital citizenship and impact of social media, anti-bullying, and supporting positive mental health. The Youth Development Specialist will build new and utilize current partnerships in the delivery of these program initiatives.

AmeriCorps Fellow - Massachusetts Promise Fellowship
Sociedad Latina is seeking a dynamic AmeriCorps Fellow who has experience working with high school-aged youth of color in urban settings to coordinate our college access youth programming. Our college access programming provides our high school Youth Leaders with academic support, including individualized sessions provided by Boston Public School teachers and tutoring to ensure on-time grade promotion and high school diploma graduation. Our college access programming also provides college and career support to high school youth transitioning into their post-secondary education or career of interest.
