Individual Giving Consultant
Sociedad Latina seeks an experienced individual giving consultant to help our Executive Director and Development Team build a stronger, more sustainable base of individual donors.
Individual consultants and small firms are welcome to apply.
Required
• 10+ years of hands-on experience in individual giving and major gifts, including personally cultivating and closing gifts.
• Proven track record of growing individual giving programs at nonprofits of similar size.
• Demonstrated experience training and coaching executive directors, Development staff, and Boards.
• Strong understanding of donor retention, stewardship, and data-informed fundraising.
• Commitment to equity and experience working with organizations led by and serving communities of color.
Preferred
• Experience with youth development, education, or community-based organizations.
• Familiarity with Boston's philanthropic landscape and donor communities.
• Experience building alumni giving programs.
• Knowledge of community-centered or equity-focused fundraising approaches.
• Working knowledge of donor databases, ideally Access and Salesforce.

Youth Development Specialist - College & Career Pathways
Sociedad Latina is seeking a dynamic Youth Development Specialist with experience supporting urban youth of color, including high school students, high school graduates, and college undergraduates, along their academic and career pathways. This role will coordinate our college and career programming, working with youth currently enrolled in our after-school program as well as program alumni, and should bring experience across post-secondary pathways including higher education, workforce entry, and other career sectors.

Social Media & Marketing Consultant
Sociedad Latina is seeking a dynamic Social Media & Marketing Consultant to increase our organization's visibility and strengthen community engagement. This role supports organizational marketing and communications, working closely with the Development Director to bring our programs and youth voices to a wider audience. The consultant will create regular social media content and mentor youth in digital storytelling.

Sociedad Latina is seeking a dynamic Office Associate who has experience working in an educational and/or professional office setting. The office Associate is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, respectful, safe and friendly environment.
